We at NIMS ensure that every student gets the right skills and domain knowledge so that they are easily accepted into the industry. The University's Training & Placement Cell considers offering placement assistance as a priority to guarantee students a better career.

The T&P Cell trains students on skills required for complex decision-making, and developing superior expertise in functional domains. The department focuses on augmenting internal competencies by fostering contemporary grooming of students and liaison with industry to identify and absorb intellectuals with the requisite technical & managerial skills.

The fast-changing industry paradigms have made it imperative for an academic institution to foster a new breed of professionals – individuals equipped with the right kind of knowledge, technical skills, the ability to think outside the box, and innovation. Only those professionals sustain themselves who have the right attitude & skills.
