	OPTION-1: Just fill a simple Online Form on this website with all correct details. After filling the form click on the ‘Submit Application’ button at the end of the form and your Application will be immediately submitted in our record. There is NO APPLICATION FEES in this Option.



	OPTION-2: Download & Print the Application Form by clicking on the relevant link below & Send the Form by Registered Post along with a Demand Draft of the amount as mentioned on the Form.
