Scholarships & Loans:

1. Special Schemes of Nims University – Rs.500 / month for all the courses [except MBBS] for the academic year,  for all girl students and for all boys having more than 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
   
   
2. Government Schemes – For SC/ST/OBC refund of complete tuition fee by the respective state governments as per their state government policy.

Students & their parents/guardians can avail the various schemes of student educational loans offered by almost all nationalized & private banks in India. After securing admission to the course of his/her choice in Nims University, the student will be issued an ‘ADMISSION LETTER’ containing the course details, fees structure for the entire course etc.

The Admission Letter is sufficient document to apply for educational loan in any bank. The bank will also ask you for various other documents and if you satisfy their requirements, the loan will be easily given. Normally the bank takes 2-3 days to process loan applications provided all your documents are complete to the satisfaction of the bank.

It is entirely between the student, the parents/guardians and the respective bank. The bank shall sanction & disburse the loan at its own risk & discretion. If the bank refuses the loan it is entirely the responsibility of the student/parents/guardians to ensure that the fees applicable for the particular course is paid as per the payment schedule of the University else the admission may be cancelled.

LEGAL & STATUTORY INFORMATION
Nims University, Jaipur is a full fledged and regular University incorporated vide Nims University, Act, 2008; duly recognized by the Government of India and fully empowered to award degrees under the provisions of Section 2f & Section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956.

All courses offered by Nims University are approved by UGC and DO NOT need any approval/ affiliation/ recognition/ permission from AICTE as per the judgment dated 24/09/2001 by  Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, case no. Appeal (Civil) 2056 of 1999, Bharathidasan University & Anr. vs. AICTE & ors.

Nims University, Jaipur is a self financed University incorporated by an Act of Legislature as stated above and is a ‘public authority’ as per the definitions contained in the RTI Act, 2005.

Further all degrees awarded by Nims University are at par with the degrees of any University in India or abroad including all government Universities and students passing out from Nims University are fully eligible to apply for any job in government/public/private sector.
